A man facing defilement charges on released on 300,000 bond

A man was on Monday arraigned in a Mombasa law court on for allegedly defiling a minor

It is alleged that the accused, Nyawa Nyabuga defiled a nine year old girl at Shonda village in Likoni Sub County on February 8.

The accused denied the charges leveled against him before senior resident magistrate Martin Rabera.

He was fined a bond of ksh 300,000 with a surety of the same amount.

The case will be mentioned on March four this year.
