Makueni County clergy warn politicians against engaging in early 2022 campaigns.

Political leaders in the country have been asked to refrain from early 2022 campaigns and preaching divisive politics.
A Redeemed gospel church clergy from Makueni County wants the politicians to preach unity instead adding that authority comes from God.
He says Kenyan is a peaceful country that should not be divided along tribal inclinations by politicians.
Speaking at the sidelines of an ordination ceremony of Bishop Morris Mutua of Endtime Gospel Evangelism Ministry in Migadini on Saturday Bishop Japheth Munyao a Redeemed Gospel Church clergy from Makueni county further urged the ordained bishop to preach the gospel of unity amongst Kenyans.
“Our politicians should be at the forefront in preaching unity and not just talking about 2022 campaigns. Leadership comes from God,” the clergy said.
The clergy also called on the security apparatus to maintain law and order during the entire census period.
Bishop Morris Mutua of End Time Gospel Evangelism Ministry in Migadini urged Kenyans to ensure that unity prevails throughout the country.
The Christian faithful called on President Uhuru Kenyatta to support local pastors by giving them the freedom to proclaim the gospel of Christ without fear.
“I want to thank everyone who has participated in this ceremony. The president should give some of us freedom to preach the gospel,”
He says there are dozens of dedicated men of God who are unable to preach the gospel of Christ because of their financial constraints.
The Bishop says it is through gospel that the country will be relieved from the emerging criminality.
The faithful said “Let every Kenyan maintain peace. Again the president should help some of us so that by proclaiming the gospel we shall be eradicating criminal related incidences.”
 Bishop Munyao says census is an historical event that every Kenyan ought to embrace saying it is out of the public exercise that the government will be able to plan for her citizens.
The man of God further lauded the Building Bridges Initiative saying it is the only way that unifies Kenyans.
